MeKo’s process for working with
our clients involves a structured, tailor-made method that has six
separate but integrated stages.
- Initial
briefing. We work together
to define the client’s goals and needs and discuss the scope
of the services required, hours of operation and preferred custodial
schedules, relevant client rules and regulations to be observed,
existing contractual obligations (if any), experience with service
providers, specific likes and dislikes and any other considerations
or issues pertaining to janitorial services.
- Survey
facilities. We carefully survey and inspect the client’s
facilities to determine the work involved. This stage may be conducted
during the initial briefing, or it may involve a separate scheduled
visit depending on the scope of the project.
- Proposal
review. We prepare a thorough requirements definition and
custom design optimal service programs and schedules to fit the
client’s needs. This stage may require several iterations
depending on the job complexities and cost considerations. We
then deliver the proposal and review the details with the client.
As needed, we will fine-tune and adjust the service program until
the proposal is accepted.
- Contract delivery
and signing. The final contract
we prepare will spell out the details of the agreement including
a start date and goes into effect upon signing.
- Service
and inspection. Upon beginning the janitorial services,
we will conduct our scheduled inspection and hold an informal
and/or formal performance review session with the client as defined
in our contract agreement. Any issues raised will be promptly
resolved.
- Ongoing review and
fine-tuning. We will provide
periodic reports as established in the agreement, and continue
to fine-tune and upgrade services as required.
